How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email letting you know. This can sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder so be sure to check there!
How long does it usually take for the shipment to arrive?

How long should I expect between ordering and my item shipping?
This depends on if the product is ready to ship or is still in production. It can vary between the a few days to a few weeks. If an item is not ready for shipping this should be displayed on the item in the store. Once product is ready, shipment will depend on next available vessel but subject to space availability from vessel operator.
Where do I find my tracking number?
When your item ships you will receive an email that includes a Bill of Lading. The Bill of Lading number is located on the top right hand corner of the document.
How do I track my shipment?
You can quote your Bill of Lading number to your local agent indicated on the Bill of Lading as soon as the item reaches your destination Country. You will be provided with the latest updates on the progress of arrival of your shipment.
What do I do if my item is stuck in Customs?
Contact us at: support@everprime.com.sg and we can send you a list for the item to present.
How do I change my shipping address?
If the item has not had the “shipping order created” we can change the address for you. Contact support@everprime.com.sg if you need it changed.
What do I do if my item does not arrive on time after shipping?
Contact support@everprime.com.sg. We will take a look at the order and make sure the information looks correct. We may ask you to wait a few hours to a few days to be sure the item is not delayed, but we are happy to help if need be.
Important Note:
If you have any doubt about an address you entered for an order please feel free to contact us to take a look at the order and make sure the information looks correctly inputted into the system. We frequently have some mistakes such as; zip code missing or put in incorrectly, region/state missing or incorrect, country missing. These will cause the order to not ship so it is important to catch errors like this as soon as possible!
